AdCreative.ai Affiliate Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This Affiliate Policy explains what's allowed and what's not in the AdCreative.ai Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to comply with this policy, our program terms, and all applicable laws and platform rules.

1) Core Requirements

Affiliates must:

• Promote AdCreative.ai honestly and accurately (no misleading claims, guarantees, or false pricing).
• Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required (e.g., "I may earn a commission").
• Use only approved tracking links and approved brand assets provided by AdCreative.ai.
• Comply with all advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and platform policies.

2) Strictly Prohibited Methods (Zero Tolerance)

A) Toolbar Injection (Extensions/Adware)

You may not use or benefit from any toolbar, browser extension, software, plug-in, script, or "coupon" overlay that:

• forces, injects, or overwrites affiliate tracking;
• changes links/cookies/attribution to credit you without a genuine, user-initiated referral; or
• triggers hidden redirects, pop-unders, background clicks, or similar mechanisms.

B) Typosquatting / Deceptive Domains

You may not register, purchase, use, or route traffic through domains (including subdomains) that:

• mimic AdCreative.ai branding, trademarks, products, or names;
• use misspellings or confusing variations of AdCreative.ai (e.g., typos, hyphens, "promo/deal/discount" variants); or
• redirect users to AdCreative.ai through an affiliate link.

C) Direct Linking (Channel Rules)

Direct linking is restricted.

Paid acquisition channels are banned for direct linking. You may not send users directly to AdCreative.ai using an affiliate link (or shortened/redirected versions of it) from:

• Paid search (e.g., Google/Bing ads)
• Display/programmatic ads
• Paid social ads (e.g., Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn ads)

Requirement for paid traffic: Paid traffic must land on a value-adding page you own and control (e.g., review, tutorial, comparison, case study) before the user clicks through to AdCreative.ai.

Email and organic social are allowed: You may use your affiliate link for:

• Email marketing, and
• Organic social media posts (including link-in-bio),

provided that you:

• do not mislead users or impersonate AdCreative.ai; and
• do not use forced redirects, hidden clicks, cookie stuffing, or any injection method.

Link shorteners: Allowed for email/organic social only if they are not deceptive and are not used to manipulate tracking or conceal prohibited traffic sources.

3) Social Media Policy

To protect the integrity and reputation of the AdCreative.ai brand, affiliates are strictly prohibited from creating or operating social media pages that use the AdCreative.ai name, logo, or branding as if they are official company accounts.

Policy Guidelines

1. Brand Representation: Affiliates may not establish any social media profiles that appear to represent AdCreative.ai. This includes, but is not limited to, using our company name, logo, or any branding elements as account names, profile pictures, handles, or banners.
2. Affiliate Promotion: Affiliates may promote AdCreative.ai on personal or business pages that clearly identify themselves as affiliates. These pages must not be misleading or suggest an official affiliation beyond the affiliate relationship.

4) Compliance, Enforcement & Commissions

AdCreative.ai may suspend or terminate affiliates and withhold, reject, or reverse commissions for:

• violations of this policy or program terms;
• refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or cancellations; or
• suspected fraud or abnormal tracking patterns.

AdCreative.ai's tracking, fraud, and compliance determinations are final.
